Verlaagd plafond

We had a lot of renovation work done by Top Renovatie Amsterdam, including painting walls and ceilings, installing PVC flooring and new baseboards, repairing windows, renovating the stairs, working on the shed and fence, and several electrical and finishing jobs.

The scope of work was extensive, with many different tasks to coordinate, and we appreciate the effort that went into getting everything done.

The team also helped with additional work that came up along the way, which made the renovation process more convenient.

Overall, we are happy with the experience and appreciate their willingness to take on a wide variety of jobs around the house.

If you’re looking for a renovation company in the Netherlands for multiple home improvement projects, we would recommend giving Top Renovatie Amsterdam a try.

I had to take down the entire old kitchen and build a new one. Alex and his men were so efficient and did a quality work and that too in very short span. I highly recommend Alex for professional work

Alex’s team did a complete renovation of our bathroom, and they did an amazing job. They executed our vision perfectly, staying true to the plan and design while also offering helpful suggestions along the way.

Their attention to detail was excellent, and the quality of the work really shows. The service was professional, efficient, and great value for money.

I highly recommend TopRenovatie to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality renovation work.

I recently renovated my bathroom with TopRenovatie and I’m very happy with the result. The team was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented from start to finish. The workmanship is excellent, everything was done neatly and on time, and the final look is modern and high-quality — exactly what I wanted. Team spoke Russian and Ukrainian language which was very helpful during the process.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy renovation company. Thank you TopRenovatie for the beautiful transformation of my bathroom.

Alex and his team completed a total renovation of our 30s house in Duivendrecht during the second half of 2025. Aside from the floors, kitchen and some built-in cabinets and furniture, his team handled the entire renovation.

Communication. Alex was very responsive, often getting back to my texts within 10 minutes. He came to the site quite often, at least twice per week, to explain what was happening that week and ask for my input. On the few occasions that something wasn’t done the way we wanted, he accepted the feedback with grace, passed it on to his workers, and it was promptly corrected. Probably the biggest challenge we had was that the workers themselves were not all proficient in English, so we needed to use translation tools, but we were generally able to communicate with one another.

Quality. Overall we were greatly pleased with the quality of the work. Alex and his team clearly have very high standards. This is all the more impressive given the speed at which the guys work. We were especially impressed by the result of our master bathroom, with floor and wall tiling, beton cire, and intricate lighting effects. I was also satisfied with their ability to adapt and make changes where needed.

Price. I felt like the price was fair, given just how extensive the renovation was. It was considerably higher than what Alex initially quoted, but the scope of work also grew significantly in the course of the project. Alex periodically provided invoices detailing the work that had been done and the work remaining, so it wasn’t a shock as the price tag grew over the course of the project.

Overall, I would strongly recommend Alex and TopRenovatie for any project in your home, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We recently had the team complete some work On our apartment last week, and we are very happy with the work.

The workers were great, quick, professional and attention to detail!

The work was true to the original quote, and we’re so happy with the results!

Would highly recommend

We recently engaged Alex from Top Renovatie for a renovation project at our home, and the results were outstanding. From the outset, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, excellent communication, and a clear commitment to quality. He carefully listened to our requirements, offered practical suggestions, and ensured that we were well-informed throughout every stage of the project.

The workmanship was exceptional, with great attention to detail and a standard of finish that exceeded my expectations. It is evident that Alex holds himself and his team to very high standards. His team were equally impressive — courteous, respectful, and accommodating, making the process smooth and stress-free.

The project was completed on schedule with no compromises on quality. We was particularly impressed with the level of organization, transparency, and accountability displayed throughout the renovation. Alex himself came and checked the progress every two days which guaranteed satisfaction.

We highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone seeking professional, reliable, and high-quality renovation services. They deliver not only excellent results but also a seamless client experience.
