Many Hague homes are split townhouses. A new bathroom above neighbours needs a solid floor build-up: impact-sound damping, waterproof finishing and falls on the waste pipe. We fix that in advance so the association knows what will happen.
Rules when renovating in Den Haag
The Hague has over 1,100 national monuments and more than 1,300 municipal monuments. There are also 11 nationally and 10 municipally protected townscapes. Façade work needs a permit there; Monumentenzorg also advises on sustainability.
