A complete bathroom renovation with us costs between € 10.000 and € 32.480, depending on floor area (4 to 15 m²) and the chosen package. A 6 m² bathroom comes to € 11.250 in Basic, € 14.800 in Comfort and € 21.900 in Luxe. The larger the space, the lower the rate per m²: at 15 m² you pay € 1.052 per m² in Basic, versus € 2.500 per m² at 4 m². A compact 1 m² bathroom starts at € 6.900 and 2 m² at € 8.200. Demolition, pipes and labour are virtually the same in all three packages. The difference is in materials and technique: large-format tiles need more time and flatter walls, built-in taps need more preparation, and natural stone or béton ciré is specialist work. With Luxe you also pay for the design process itself: 3D design, materials plan and showroom guidance.
Yes. Every price includes waste removal: € 895 for spaces from 3 m² (€ 570 skip hire and € 325 object permit and coordination) and € 395 for a WC or shower room up to 2 m², where big bags or a small skip suffice. In Amsterdam a skip may not simply stand on the street — an object notification or permit is required, with a lead time of about five working days. We apply for it and list both items separately on the invoice.
Basic takes two to three weeks, Comfort three to four weeks and Luxe four to six weeks. The biggest variable is the lead time of tiles and sanitaryware, not the work itself. The start and handover dates are in the schedule you receive before we begin.
With a second bathroom or toilet in the home, usually yes. If this is your only bathroom, you will be without a shower for a number of days — usually the period between demolition and setting the tiles. We plan those days with you in advance.
In an apartment almost always, especially if you work on the floor or shared pipes. Most VvE regulations set requirements for impact sound; we supply the technical documentation the meeting asks for.
