Bathroom renovation: Oak Lines design
Oak Lines: a small 2 m² bathroom with warm wood-look tiles in a line pattern. They form a striking wall against calm beige large-format tiles.
The design
Oak Lines is built around one strong material. The wood-look tiles have a relief of fine lines laid in triangles, creating a graphic pattern with real depth — even in two square metres. The rest of the bathroom stays calm: large beige tiles on wall and floor with narrow joints. The walk-in shower has a linear floor drain and a built-in niche. A concealed cistern lets the toilet float clear of the floor.
Materials used
- Wood-look relief tiles with line pattern as accent wall
- Large-format beige tiles on wall and floor
- Linear drain in the floor
- Built-in niche in the shower wall
- Built-in taps in the shower wall
- Concealed cistern for a wall-hung toilet
The details
The pattern continues across the niche and around the cistern so technical parts blend into the design. Large tiles mean fewer joints, which calms the small room. Warm wood and beige tones turn a compact bathroom into a soft, inviting place.
