Retro Botanic brings a garden mood indoors. The wall behind the bath is clad in dark-green glossy tiles. The floor uses rounded shapes in greens, white and dark blue in a retro pattern. A freestanding bath with black deck-mounted taps is the centrepiece. Glass blocks in the window and wall let light through and give the bathroom its own character.

Materials used

• Dark-green glossy tiles on the bath wall
• Retro floor tiles in greens with rounded shapes
• Freestanding bath with black deck-mounted taps
• Glass blocks in window and wall
• White vanity with ribbed walnut-look front
• White walls and ceiling as a calm base

The details

The wood look of the vanity adds warmth against the cool greens. Ribs in the front give structure and fit the retro theme. Keeping walls white lets the green tiles and pattern floor stand out.
